All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to S.A. law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

By making use of services advertised on this site you agree to and acknowledge full responsibility and liability of having researched and being informed on how to utilize and execute services offered. #LASHADDICT has no liability or responsibility towards negligent use or maintenance of the false lashes and other such products and services provided on our website nor exchanging or refunding mentioned services based on the pretext of simply not liking the product. Exchanges of false eyelash styles due to minimal research of the lash or any other reason given is not part of company policy and will be refused, unless the paid for product is damaged upon delivery, which is rare in instance and requires the product to be unopened and untouched due to sanitary reasons. The only exchange that will be permitted is when a product is damaged upon receipt without being opened due to sanitary reasons and the company has been notified immediately with pictures have been provided confirming this and the order number verified . The lash box must remain unopened and intact or no such exchange will take place. #LASHADDICT bears no responsibility in a personal capacity towards a consumer who has damaged their false eyelashes by pulling on the eyelash hairs or depositing a copious amount of glue damaging the mink hairs.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The information on this web site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

This Company does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors without our knowledge and permission.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
AVAILABILITY
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within South Africa, or in relation to postings from South Africa. All advertising is intended solely for the South African market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
SHIPPING
The shipping process takes between 7-10 days depending on lash availability, 1-2 days are required for processing your order which is included in the shipping time mentioned.. Mink lashes are handmade and can take longer to produce in quantity, hence the longer shipping time. If we have an overflow of lashes, lashes will be delivered within 3 days. The shipping price differs on the weight of the product and the national delivery location however we charge a flat rate of R65.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges of the eyelashes due to sanity reasons. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will gladly exchange the product. Have your order number at hand. The lash box needs to remain unopened in order for an exchange to take place.

#LASHADDICT Lashes are made with 100% cruelty free mink fur. Minks have two natural shedding seasons and the hair is then collected and sterilized. the hairs are collected from free range zoos and free range mink farms.
